Abstract: As the starting point of an independent law branch, this article summarizes the former ideas from the scholars, and raises the basic principles of Economic Law, according to the shortcomings in the textbook. The establishment of the basic principles will make the system of Economic Law perfect, will be helpful to the research of Economic Law Theory, and will point out the orientation of legislation for drawing up the "Compendium For Economic Law".
